The application for the 2025/2026 school year open for current school familiies. OLMC Parish member and others may apply starting October 24, 2024.. The due date for priority consideration is November 8, 2024. Applications will continue to be accepted after November 8, 2024 on a first-come, first-serve basis. See below for the documents needed in order for your application to be considered complete. Your application is not complete until all documents, including the teacher questionnaire, are received.
(OLMC does not offer a Monday-Friday Pre-K program. The only Pre-K program is through the Parish Faith Formation office on Sundays.)

Children must be age 5 by August 1, 2025 to be eligible for our 2025/2026 Kindergarten program.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of application for Full Day Kindergarten.
For priority consideration, payment must be received in the school office.

We are not able to accept online payments.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?

- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of baptismal certificate (and 1st Communion certificate if applying for grades 3-8)
- Copy of current immunizations. (If your child is accepted and is due for any new immunizations between the application date and the first day of school, we will require a copy of the new immunization prior to the first day of school in August.)
- Copy of most recent report card & standardized test scores (Grades 3-8)
- Have the current teacher (if applicable) complete & mail the Teacher Questionnaire available below:
Your application is not considered complete until all of the documents listed are received by the school office including the completed Teacher Questionnaire from your child’s current teacher.
