Our Lady of Mount Carmel’s mission is to foster both academic achievements within a Christian community and the flourishing of our student’s minds, hearts, and most of all, souls. We aim to ensure that each child feels that he/she is loved and respected by his/her peers, as well as by the teachers. Utmost importance is placed on the student’s relationship with Jesus Christ and the beauty of the Catholic faith as a pathway to guide and protect them.

MEET OUR COMMUNITY

Our Lady of Mount Carmel is a Kindergarten through 8th grade elementary and middle school under the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana Catholic Schools Office. We are a 2015 National Blue Ribbon School and a Four Star School, awarded by the state of Indiana. To qualify for this designation, a school must be in the top 25th percentile of schools in three ISTEP-based categories.
